Capstone Business Credit, LLC, is a factoring company purchasing accounts receivable from its clients and providing both discount factoring and collection-factoring services. Capstone Business Credit maintains a credit guarantee contract with CIT Commercial services; wherein, CIT assumes the account debtor payment risk on behalf of Capstone Business Credit and its clients.

Capstone Trade Partners, LTD is an international trading company logistics platform for clients of The Capstone Group. Capstone Trade Partners trades for its own account, sources product for Capstone's clients, passing on savings which increase profit margins for its clients, provides quality assurance and control assistance to its clients in foreign venues and foreign manufacturers to domestic warehouse logistic support and services for importers and select exporters.

Capstone Select Capital Partners, LLC, is the consulting arm of Capstone, which provides capital formation support for Capstone clients that are in the process of expanding or reorganizing their businesses and require capital resources in addition to those offered by Capstone.

Capstone's headquarters are located in New York City, providing loans, structured investments, and trade financing to client companies using as collateral the client’s current assets, real property, and general intangibles, or a combination thereof. When possible, Capstone requires the securitization of such collateral, employing an institutionally supported financial instrument of guarantee.
